Welcome to Scryleh. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Scryleh for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages or disrupt the Game
• Distribute, sell, or transfer your account or any Game content
• Submit fraudulent scores or manipulate leaderboard rankings

3. Intellectual Property

All content in Scryleh, including but not limited to graphics, gameplay, music, text, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. Online Features and Leaderboards

Scryleh includes optional competitive features that require an internet connection:

• Weekly Events: Competitive events with shared leaderboards. Participation is optional.
• Leaderboards: Your auto-generated display name and gameplay scores are publicly visible on event leaderboards.
• Fair Play: We reserve the right to remove fraudulent scores, ban abusive accounts, or modify leaderboard entries to maintain fair competition.

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

• Scryleh offers optional consumable in-app purchases ("Energy") for additional competitive event attempts.
• Energy has no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged.
• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
• For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If you delete your account, any unspent purchased Energy will be automatically restored.
• We reserve the right to modify Energy pricing, amounts, or availability at any time.

6. User Data and Account

• Your player profile is linked to your device identifier. There is no email/password account.
• You may delete all your data at any time via Settings > Account > Delete All My Data.
• Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone (except for purchase records retained for tax compliance).

7. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game or any features at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms, and continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game, including loss of virtual currency or game progress.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
